(Per United Press Association.) TAURANGA, March 9. Mr A. J. Baker, inspecting engineer of the Public Works Department, and Mr J. K Lowe, district engineer Working Railways, Auckland, accompanied by Mr H. Watkinson, district engineer of tne Public Works in Tauranga, are to-day inspecting a portion of the East Coast railway line constructed by the Armstrong Whitworth Company, with a view to giving a certificate for the running of trains.
