In the North Island championships doubles semi-final Mrs Mandowell and Mrs Cole beat Mrs Skeat and Miss Skeat, 26 —24. In' the third round of the North Island championship singles. R. Canghley beat J. Murray,226, 26—8, arid in the semi-final Colonel Du Pre beat R. Caugbley, 26—16, 26—17.
