A Los Angeles message states that Hickman’s attorney has confirmed the report that Hickman will deny killing Marian Parker, and will repudiate the former confession to the police. If he is found sane at the present trial the defence will ask for a reversal of the decision on the ground that the defendant is now insane.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
