SIXTY-NINTH BIRTHDAY. EX-CROWN PRINCE AT DOORN. (Frew* Association—By Telegraph —Copyright } LONDON, January 26. (Received Jan. 27, at 10 p'.m.) A message from Doom says that the ex-Crown Prince of Germany has arrived at Doom in connection with the exKaiser’s sixty-ninth birthday. Significance is attached to the occasion in view of the meeting in Berlin of monarchists on Monday, when a message was read from the ex-Kaiser expressing the hope that the wrong done him on November 9, 1918, will some day be made good, and a speech wag made by Prince Oscar in which he said there were grave times ahead.—A. and N.Z.
