NORTHERN IRELAND
PARLIAMENT PROROGUED. (Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, December 22. (Received Dec. 23, at 9 p.m.) The Parliament of Northern Ireland was prorogued yesterday. Gratification was expressed in the King’s speech at the improvement in trade as shown by a big reduction of unemployment, and at the general continuance of peaceful conditions in Norther Irelatid.
