The Riga correspondent of The Times states that the Communist Congress at Moscow, before its conclusion, adopted a resolution that one of the most important tasks wa s to embitter the struggle within the English and European trade unions. Among the promising features noted were the increased industrial difficulties in England, better prospects of class warfare, and increasing unemployment.—The Times.
