HOUSE OF DAVID CULT
LEADER’S DEATH ANNOUNCED. (Press Association-By Telegraph—OupyrtßtH) NEW YORK, December 19. A message from St. Joseph (Michigan) says that “ King Ben ” Purnell, leader of the House of David cult, died on December 16 from tuberculosis. No announcement of his death was made previously, due to the belief of the loyal members of the cult that Purnell would rise from death to-day.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
