(Frees Association—By Telegraph—OopyrigtJt ) LONDON, December 14. “ Italy is going to be one of the great Powers of the world, and will rise to a prominent position as the Holy Roman Empire, but the new Italy of the Italian Empire is to be based on a foundation of rock,” said Signor Mussolini in a striking interview with the Evening Standaid s Rome correspondent.
