WEDDINGS.

A very quiet, but extremely pretty, wedding took place at St. Julius Church, Goodwood, when Christabe), younger daughter of Air and Airs J. 11. Preston, Ccntrewood, was married to Kenneth, youngest eon of Airs B. C. Haggitt, of Dunedin. The Rev. J. Morlaud, of Kurow, officiated. Her bridesmaids, Aliss Louise Logan, of Dunedin, and Aliss Margery Elliott, also of Dunedin, wore lavender georgette frocks, with bouquets to tone. Lines, Gore, attended his brother as host man. The ilov. R. Alackio, Alataura, was the officiating minister, and Aliss I. MacGihhon, A.T.C.L., presided at the organ. After the wedding over 100 guests adjourned to llm Cosy Tea Rooms, where the wedding was spread, over which the Rev. R. Alackie presided. The umuil toast list was honoured.
