TIMBER YARD FIRE
DAMAGE OVER ESTIMATED. (Props Association—By Telegraph— l Copyright ) SYDNEY. August 29. The damage to the timber yard by fire was over-ei'timated. The latest estimate is £50,000 or less. A previous message slated: —A fire in Messrs Tanner and Peters’s timber vard at Kogarah, covering an area of two acres, did great damage, which is estimated in the vicinity of £IOO,OOO.
