Cr Sincock, mover of the resolution confirming the obnoxious by-law, cannot be thus permitted to blush unseen. Do Cr Sincock and his fellow conspirators against the ancient liberties of the public think that they can get away with this thin"’ Thev are much mistaken it they Jo ° Quite "a few of my neighbours say they do not intend to vote for a single member of the present council who is seeking re-election, and I quite agree with them.
