GOVERNOR’S DEPUTY DEAD. MALTA, March 2. (Received March 3, at 5.5 p.m.) The death is announced of Dgar Bonavia, who frequently acted as Governor in the absence of Genera] Congreve. Tims the two heads of the Government are dead.—A. and K.Z. Cable.
