Both the Federal Houses of Parliament have reassembled for the last sittings before the transfer to Canberra. MR COSGRAVE DECLINES INVITATION. MELBOURNE, March 3. (Received March 3, at 9 p.m.) Air Cosgrave (President of the Irish Free State) has cabled to Mr Bruce regretting the inability of himself or any of his Alinisters to attend the Canberra ceremony owing to the imminence of the general election.
