DAVIS CUP COMPETITION. READMISSION OF GERMANY. (fmt Association — By Telegraph—Copyright.; PARIS, December 9. The Lawn Tennis Federation agreed to Germany’s readmission to the Davis Cup contests. There seems to be no doubt that Germany will enter a team in the next contest. There was considerable difference of opinion concerning the French players' classification —viz., whether Lacoste, Borotra, or Cochet should be first. The dispute was settled by bracketing them together.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
