THE OPENING OF CANBERRA. SPECIAL ISSUE OF STAMPS. (Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright) SYDNEY, December 9. A special issue of 30,000,000 stamps of various denominations is to be made to commemorate the opening of the Commonwealth Parliament at Canberra by the Duke of York.
