OFFICIAL RETURNS FOR OCTOBER. (Pres* Association —By Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, November 11. The imports increased by £2,178,000, the exports decreased by £13,905,000, and the re-exports by £3,016,000. The principal increases in the imports were: Coal, £7,720,000; iron and steel manufactures, £1,090,000; oils and fats manufactures, £1,545,000. The decreases in the imports were: Grain and flour, £2,581,000; raw cotton, £4,424,000. Exports: Coal, £4,015,000; iron and steel manufactures, £2,193,000; cotton yards manufactures, £4,172,000. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
