CHEAPER MOTOR-CARS

NEW BRITISH ACHIEVEMENT. LONDON, September 12. Manufacturers in Britain have at last evolved a motor-car which can be purchased for £IOO. Ensign Motors (Limited) announce that they are commencing the mass production of an 8 h.p. four-cylinder all-steel monel motor-car, capable of a speed of 50 miles an hour, and able to run 50 miles to the gallon of petrol. The machine has a two-seater body, and is built on sporting lines, complete with spare wheel, four-wheel brakes, and balloon tyres.
