ARRIVAL AT DELHI. (Pre«» Association— By TeJeg.aph—Copyright.) DELHI, September 22. Mr Cobham has arrived here from Allahabad. A. and N.Z. Cable. LANDING AT SERPENTINE PROPOSED. LONDON, September 23. (Received Sept. 23, at 5.5 p.m.) A suggestion has been made that Mr Cobham should end his great flight on the Serpentine in the heart of London, where there is plenty of room for the welcoming crowds. Air experts surveyed the area yesterday and reported favourably. It i» understood that they will seek official permission to make an experimental landing before Mr Cobham’s arrival—A. and N.Z. Cable.
