BISHAW'S HAWAIIAN SERENADERS.

Special arrangements have boon made with Mr Henry Bishaw for his company to appear at His Majesty’s Theatre for a limited season during show week. Everything gives promise of a highly successful season. Mr Henry Bishaw will introduce many of the scenas and solos with which his name has been associated in tho theatrical world—from the Hawaiian Love play ’’The Bird of Paradise,” which was played through Australia and New Zealand in 1918 and 1919 under the management of J. 0. Williamson (Ltd.). Tho Hawaiian Serenaders consist of European and Hawaiian artists culled from the principal Hawaiian, American and European theatres, and they will introduce the_ new jazz as performed by such jazz kings as Paul Whiteman and Irving Berlin. Many novelties are to be introduced in a programme said to be bristling with song and instrumental successes. There _is also an _ Indian magician of note and_ Signor Martinengo, the silent junglecomedian, the Syncopating Five. Erie and Ivy Butterfield, and the company’s speaking sax players—Messrs Floyd and Tomlinson. Tho sax artists play anything from jazz to grand opera on the saxaphone. Box plan dates will be advertised later.
