BIG SATURDAY EVENING CROWDS. I RISING ATTENDANCE TOTAL.
Th© ambitious Exhibition grand total of three millions is still a possibility. On Saturday the weather smiled once more, and large crowds continued to flock towards Logan Park, especially in the evening, when the attendance was beyond expectations. The day was a fitting close to a week of outstanding success. The Exhibition was at its best and the band of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders was the principal attraction, delighting thousands in the afternoon and evening. In the Sports Ground the Basket Ball Tournament was continued, and was well attended. After darkness had fallen, the Amusements Park held sway over thousands. The attendance total for the day was 35,795, making the grand total 2,623,909. There are now. 18 remaining Exhbitbn clays, and 376,191 people are required to reach the three-million mark.
