CYCLE AND LORRY COLLIDE.
CYCLIST’S LEG BROKEN. (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, April 9. A single man named B. Thomas, whoso address is given as Bangor Hawkens, was riding his motor cycle along the Riccarton road this morning when he and a motor lorry carrying moat from the abattoirs came into collision. Thomas had his right leg broken in two places. He was conveyed to (ho Christchurch Hospital as soon ns possible. The motor cycle was badly damaged.
