THROUGH THE PAVILIONS. OUTDOORS IN THE SUNSHINE. THE AMUSEMENTS PARK SESSION. Sunshine means a busy day outdoors at Logan Park. Yesterday the weather could not have been better, and everywhere in the Exhibition thousands enjoyed their holiday outing. The crowds came early, invading the pavilions and courts in the morning. The .Education Court was a popular destination and the hundreds of visiting school children were conducted on the usual organised tour; In the afternon the maiority of visitors gathered in the Grand Court where the Herd Highlanders again appeared in the band stand. The Amusements Park opened early and remained busy, whi!° the Exhibition Orchestra played in the Auckland Court. The evening session was as successful as ever. Under the glowing Exhibition lights sightseeing and amusement seeking continued until the closing hour. There wjas no slackening of public interest in the big Amusements Park, and Chocolate Alley continued its exciting contests. REDUCED #PRIGES. AMUSEMENTS PARK DEVICES. From Monday, April 12, prices for the Exhibition devices in the Amusements Park will be reduced by one-half. The decision was arrived at after a prolonged discussion at the meeting of directors last evening. A motion was carried with one dissentient. For the last three weeks, shrieking loads of delighted people will career round the scenic raihoad at 6d per trip, and the delights of the “Whip,” the “Fun Factory,” the .“Caterpillar,” the “Dodg’em Cars,” and the “Merry Mix-up’ will be available to all for the small sum of sd. Even the most hardened Scottish residents will be found in the Amusements Park on and after Monday April 12.
