A REMARKABLE IMPROVEMENT. SEQUEL TO DEBT SETTLEMENT. It opened at 130 7-8, and closed at 124 3-8 This is a sequel to the Belgian Finance Minister (M. Janssen) visiting the Treasury, as a result of which all the exterior debts of Belgium and the Belgian Congo to Britain were definitely settled.— Reuter
