A telegram from Jacksonville says that searchers on Monday continued their efiorts to find traces of one man, the only passenger now missing, following he fire which destroyed the Comanche oft Mayport on Saturday night. The early reports that 10 lives were lost are attributed to confusion arising during the rescue operations. —Reuter. CHARGE AGAINST NEGRO CREW. PASSENGERS PULLED FROM LIFEBOATS. NEW YORK, October 20. (Received Oct. 20, at 11.16 p.m.) The New York World says that according to the stories of the 30 survivors the negro crew of the vessel stampeded madly before the flames. They pulled the passengers out of the lifeboats and precipitated men and women into the sea. The charge is made that the negro seamen were drunk when the fire started and could not be controlled hy th© officers. —Reuter. ,
