(Ltd.), in presenting tho balance sheet and profit and loss account for the year ended on August 31, state that, after provision has been made for all bad and doubtful debts and full depreciation of plant, and after stock has been taken at saleable prices and th<» sum of £2030 has been transferred to reserve, there lemains a balance of- £97C4 to be dealt with (including the sum of £3415 brought forward), and it is recqramended that a dividend of 7 per cent, for the year (less interim dividend of 2J per cent.) be paid, absorbing £5625, and that £4139, providing for income tax. bo carried forward to next year's account.
