FARMING LOSSES IN CANTERBURY. (Per United Press Association,' CHRISTCHURCH, September 13. Since tho beginning of the year there have been 108 wet days. Tho country is practically waterlogged and cultivation is out of the question. It is estimated in some districts that tho crops will not equal onethird of the acreage in normal years. Reports still come to hand of the losses of lambs, lambing now being general.
