At the inquest on Mrs Mary MTOnrie, who died as the result of a motor accident a - , Onohunga on August: 13. the coroner (Mr MTCean, >S.M.) found that death was due to injuries received from a motor va.n driven by James Bridge, due to excessive speed and negligent driving. AUCKLAND, September 15. Jessie Stewart, married, residing at Epsom, was found dead on a table in her residence with a gas jet, beside her. Michael James Bird, a married man, aged 53 yoars, an accountant at T. and W. Young’s chemical works, Wellington, was killed in a car accident in the Carlton-Gore road, Rosenoath, at 5.10 p.m. on Saturday, the car dropping over a bank 40ft in height.
