A communique from Rabat states that extensive operations of mobile columns in the north and north-western districts, where the enemy recently penetrated, resulted in the ejection of the enemy from a stronghold in the Azjen Mountains, The enemy fled in disorder, leaving 60 dead. A newspaper despatch, describing the operations, states that the French infantry were most vigorous and tenacious, despite the intense heat. —Reuter.
