i WEEKLY MEETING. The weekly mooting of the executive committee of the Otago Rugby' Football League was held last evening, Mr J. ACooper in the chair. . The Auckland League wrote agreeing to play Otago on September 5. The date was approved and it was resolved to notify the Forbury Park Trotting Club so that the use of the ground might be available that di To an inquiry by the West Coast League regarding the possibility of arranging a Wednesday match against Otago at Dunedin following the game against Canterbury, the committee decided that it was inadvisable to fix such a match at nudweek. It was decided that a Saturday match would be preferable if sufficient notice were given. Accounts amounting 'to £34 Is 5d were passed for payment. DRAW FOR SATURDAY. The Match Committee presented the foll°Christian Brothers A v. Athletic at Oval; Christian Brothers B v. Kaitangata, at Kaitangata; City A vPacific B, at Monteoillo; Pacific A v. City B, at Chisholm Park.
