CHARGES AGAINST RUSSIANS. PROTESTS BY POLAND. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. WARSAW, July 11(Received July 12 at 5.5 p.m.) The Polish Government has presented a Note tot the Soviet Minister strongly protesting against the kidnapping of a Polish lieutenant, demanding that he immediately be conveyed to the frontier, and the establishment of a commission of inquiry into the case. The Foreign Ministry has also verbally protested against the alleged murder on the Polish frontier of a corporal by the Russians on June 18, suggesting a joint commission of inquiry and demanding an indemnity for the victim’s family.— Reuter,
