INCREASE IN ESTIMATES. MODIFICATION NOT UNLIKELY. Press Association— By Telegraph—Copyright. TOKIO, July 9. The draft of the Naval Estimates for the coming year shows a total of 280,000,000 yen, including 72,000,000 yen for auxiliary vessels, 8,000,000 for warship construction, and 10,000,000 for new weapons. Compared with the present year’s Estimates, the draft shows am increase of 60,000,000 yen, but it is liable to drastic cutting at the coming session of the Diet—Renter.
