“THE MYSTERY MOVIE BALL.”
There was never a time when a mystery did riot quicken the interest of mankind — and womankind too. Therefore a {miction with the intriguing, title of “The Mystery Movie Ball” should attract a largo attendance. And the mysteries are to bo a profitable affair for the fortunate person who solves them first and thus wins the handsome prize offered for that task. Other prizes are tlio.se for fancy costumes, this section being divided into four classes—(a) For the best impersonation of a movie star: (b) for the best interpretation of a movie title; (c) the most' original title; (cl) the best crepe paper costume. A number of special features will be staged between dances and thus will entertain the company without interfering with enthusiastic jazzers in the pursuit of their favourite pastime. As dancing is to proceed from 8 p.m. till 2 a.in., there will be six hours of fun and frolic at the Early •Settlers’ Hall next Monday week, when the ball is to take place.
