JACKAL STEALS BABY
TAKEN FROM A HUT. CALCUTTA, June 1. At Kalighat, a crowded Calcutta suburb a jackal entered an occupied hut, ■Jnd carried off an Indian baby which had just recovered from an attack of Sll An P< immediate search disclosed traces of blood on the roadway. The child has not been discovered.
