COMMUNIST PROGRAMME. GROUPS THROUGHOUT EMPIRE. LONDON, June 1. Mr Thomas 801 l told the conference ol Communists in Glasgow that definite steps had. been taken to establish a revolutionary republic in Ireland and to materially assist the revolutionary groups which were established throughout the Empire. Help was also being afforded to those who were struggling against Imperialistic rule, especially Palestine, Syria, and Egypt. The programme had been completed for the permeation of the army, navy and air force, and it was already bearing fruit. '
