ASSASSINATION PLOT
THREAT AGAINST RAKOWSKY. LONDON, May 31. Scotland Yard officers are aeafcEing for a man who is said to have been smuggled into England from Holland for the purpose of killing M. Rakowsky, the Soviet representative in London. Detectives arrested two Communists who had been endeavouring to enter Gravesend and Ramsgate to attend the conference in Glasgow.
