MEN’S OCCUPATIONS INVADED
Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, December 8. The occupational section of the 1921 census reveals that women have invaded many occupations previously monopolised bv men. There are 149 women undertakers, 75 bookmakers, 11 trainers ' and jockeys, 500 bargees, 23 chimney sweeps, 19 brewers, 755 railway porters, 309 station masters, and 217 farm* bailiffs. In addition there are women plumbers, riveters, and gunsmiths.—Syaney Sun Cable.
