PROBLEM OF ALLOCATION. BIG RUSH OXf APPLICANTS. (Per United Press Association ) WELLINGTON, December 8. Racing and trotting clubs throughout the dominion are vicing with one another In pushing their claims for official consideration for a share of the additional totniisntor permits provided for by the Gaming Amendment Act passed Inst session after n mempralile stonewall. It is understood that nearly every club has sent an application forward detailing the reasons which are considered sufficient to substantiate its case for preferment. Theic being only n permits available, their allocation becomes a problem.
