ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
A PLUMPER'S DEATH. (Per United Press Association.) GISBORNE, September 21. A nlumber named Charles Edward Olding aged 52 years married was found dead in his workshop. Deceased did not return home last night and a search made this morning resulted in the body being found under an upturned tank and tubing containing gas directed into the tank. For some time past deceased had been suffering from ill-health Mrs Bridget Teamey. a widow, aged 42 years, residing at 8 M‘Bride street, South Dunedin, was admitted to the Hospital at about 11.30 last night, suffering from a fracture of the left ankle, caused through slipping off a bed while pulling down the window blind.
