Hartshorn) announces a decrease in the parcel post rate to New Zealand, via Australia, by Is on parcels not exceding 31b weight, and 9d between 3lb and 71b, but an increase of 5d oh parcels between 71b and 111 b.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
