UNIONS RALLY TO SUPPORT.

The General Council of the Trade Union Congress and the Executive Committee of the Labour Party are jointly circularising the affiliated Labour Party in regard to the Anglo-Russian Treaty, calling on “every active spirit in our ranks to iet the man in the street and the woman in the home know the true facts of the case and so put power and moral force behind the Labour Government to secure an overwhelming vote when Parliament is called upon to ratify its Russian policy.”— Reuter.
