SLY GROG-SELLING.
TWO DALMATIANS FINED. (Peb United Press Association.) DARGAVXLLE, September 5. Two Dalmatians, Mete Oalichy and Ivan Ercog. boardinghouse-keepers, were fined £25 and coats each for keeping and selling liquor without licenses. There was a large number of witnesses in support of the prosecution, and when the defence was beard defendants alleged that the liquor found on the premises was stored for their countrymen, and that they did not keep it for sale for gain. The Magistrate also ordered the liquor, which comprised a dray load, to be confiscated.
