The Salvation Army arranges on one Sunday of each year young people’s conferences in all the centres of the dominion, and Dunedin’s meetings will take place in the Y.W.C.A. Hall, Moray place, to-mor-row. Commissioner and Mrs Hoggard arrived from Wellington on Thursday evening, and will control the gatherings.
