CAVERSHAM CLUB. The annual meeting of the Cavcrsham Lawn Tennis Club was held last night. Mr W. Wright presiding over a large attendance of members. Twelve resignations were accepted with regret, and six new members were elected. The’ annual report stated, inter alia, that it had been expected that the new courts would have been practically completed by now, but several interruptions had prevented a start being made. However, the. work would bo commenced in the course of a few days. . It was unfortunate that the now courts had not been completed, hut two would bo ready for play immediately, and a third within a short time. The social side of the dub's activities had not been neglected, and, as the new courts would attract more members, the dub would prosper accordit plv.
