SUPREME COURT.
PRISONERS SENTENCED. (Per United Press Association.) NAPIER. August 25. In the Supreme Court Frederick Milroy, for the theft of Government moneys, was admitted to two years’ probation; Arthur George Edlin, for incest, was sentenced to three years’ reformative treatment; Jack VVilmolt Fink, for uttering, to 12 months’ imprisonment; Herbert Harold Payne, fcr breaking and entering and theft, to 18 months’ imprisonment; and Robert Henry, for theft and forgery and uttering, also received 18 months’ imprisonment.
