ATTEMPT TO CAPTURE MARKET. A THOROUGH GOING COMBINE. Prow Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, LONDON, August 24. (Received August 25, at 5.5 p.m.) The German toy-makers intend to use i share of the Dawes loan to capture the world markets. They have combined ■with a view to the establishment of 10 sales bureaux in the chief cities of Britain and the Empire. The combine is seeking the co-operation of the toymakers in Austria and Czechoslovakia in the hope of thus preventing European toys and leather goods from beinc obtainable except through its bureaux.— oydney bun Cable.
