COURT OF ARBITRATION.
PLANS FOH XEW BUILDING. {From Odr Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON. August 22. Plana are in course of preparation by the State architects for a building which is to become the home in Wellington of the Court of Arbitration. The building is to be erected on the vacant ground adjacent to the existing Law Courts, a'hd will in a measure be an extension of the present Supreme Court structure.
