Mrs Webber stated that the marriage took place in !£99, and there were three children, tw D alive. Webber left her with the children years ago. She had heard from Iho police that ho hail since gone through tho form of marriage with another woman. Mrs Sharkio stated that she wont through the form of marriage with Webber on September 29, 1922, After living with her for about a month ho deserted her. A private inquiry agent stated that when ho served tho papers ho told Webber that his wife was instituting divorce proceedings. He asked, "Which one?” Witness replied: ‘‘Both of them.” Mrs .Sharkio wa-s present. Turning to her, he said; ‘This is your little game; you have set a trap for me.” His Honor granted a decree nisi to Mrs Webber, and granted Mrs Sharkie a decree absolute for nullity of marriage, with costs on tho lower scale against respondent. The two women left the court together.
