(Received August 22, at 7.20 p.m.) Tho Daily Telegraph’s political observer says ho is informed that two great German ship-building firms—the Blohm and Voss and the Vulkan companies—aro negotiating with the Sree State Ministry of Commerce for the formation of an IrishGerman company, which it is intended to establish at Queenstown as a competitor with Belfaet.—A. and N.Z.
