MASS PRODUCTION IN BUILDING.
TO THE EDITOR. Sin,—Some little time ago Mr Fletcher gave a very practical address to (lie Women Citizens’ Association, tq which I had the privilege of listening, on tho building of houses by tho method of mass production : and, on the suggestion of Mr Anscombe, an invitation has been extended to tho public by Messrs Fletcher and Love, csntrssiofcqrs for the Uchbpt>-m build-mara, to visit tho Exhibition grounds on Saturday afternoon for the purpose of seeing the different kinds of machinery at work in the construction of tho work and of witnessing a practical demonstration of how the cost of production may bo kept down to a minimum by mass production. lam writing this in the hope that, a largo crowd will avail themselves of the invitation.—l am, eto., „ P.
