(Received August 21, at 11.25 p.m.) As an outcome of the recent troubles a court martial found 203 Philippine Scouts guilty of mutiny. They were condemned to live years’ imprisonment and were dishonourably discharged from the service. Six were acquitted.—Reuter. '
